Can I change a purchased product size or color?

Changing color or size is possible within 3 (three) days from the delivery date of your package. You can ask for a color or size change for FREE. If you need a different color or a different size you can return the products for free by fulfilling the Return Sheet that you will find in the package.

Can I return any product, even if I just change my mind about it?

You can ask for a partial or total return within 14 (fourteen) days from the products delivery, for any kind of reason. The products which you are returning must be tagged, unused, unworn, unwashed and unmodified and it must be packed in its original packaging.

How do I return you a product?

You can return a product within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. The return can be shipped only from the country to which the order was shipped; if the product is shipped from another country it will be stopped at the border.

Contact the customer service to get all the further information you might need. Alternatively, if you registered on our website, you can send us your return request from "My Account":

1) log in to you account
2) enter "My Orders" section and select the order you want to return, and click "Ask for a return"
3) print the return document that we will provide you
4) make sure that no longer than 14 days passed from the delivery of your order.
In this case you will be charged with the shipping cost.

The product I received is faulty or damaged, what can I do?

If your product is faulty please contact us: will will arrange the return of the product for you.
Contact our customer service or log in to your account, click on "My Account" and select "Ask for a return" from the "My Orders" section, and specify what happened.
We will call you to arrange the day and the address for a return. A carrier will handle the product to us.
After getting the product we will check the damage and then we will start the refund procedure.
Remember that we cannot accept any product which is not in the same conditions as when we shipped it (worn, modified or further damaged).
We will update you via email until the refund is complete.

When will I get the refund?

After getting the returned package to our storehouse we will check all the conditions: the product must be the same as when it was delivered, in its original packaging, and it must be shipped within 14 days from the delivery date (check the previous FAQ or the Terms and Conditions of Use for further details).

The check can take a week. After checking the products, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm the return and to start the refund procedure. The refunded amount will be visible on your bank account within 7 (seven) working days.
